The regular abstract length should not exceed one page (two columns). Typically, this type of abstract should take one column. Authors proposing to present their contribution in the oral form are encouraged to submit an extended abstract. Up to 3 pages (6 columns) of the extended abstract will be accepted.
The details of preparing the abstracts can be found in the template file: Abstract_template_ISSRNS-2014.doc The abstract should be sent directly to issrns2014@ifpan.edu.pl as an attachment to the mail. Please register before submitting an abstract. The file should be named as: Last_Name-ISSRNS2014_xx.doc, where x is the ordinal number necessary if more than one abstract is submitted by the same Author, and as the mail subject please put: "Abstract". The e-mail should also specify the preferred contibution type, which may be one of the following: oral, poster, invited or invited original talk. Participant may present at the conference one oral presentation of any category, but may also submit other poster presentations. The abstracts will be published in the bulletin of Polish Synchrotron Radiation Society entitled Synchrotron Radiation in Natural Science. A hard copy version and an on-line version with a free internet access at http://www.synchrotron.org.pl will be available. The exhibiting area of a poster table is 140 cm (height) x 115 cm (width). The official language of the Symposium is English. |
